摘要
制备了稀土(La、Nd、Y)铬(Cr)络合染料.用EDTA络合滴定法测定产物的稀土含量,用可见分光光度法测定铬含量,用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱对产物的结构进行表征,结果表明:在稀土铬络合染料结构中,稀土离子(La3+、Nd3+、Y3+)、铬离子(Cr3+)与配体染料分子中的羧基、羟基及偶氮基产生了配位作用.丝绸染色试验及其各项色牢度测试结果表明:稀土铬络合染料染色的丝绸比相应配体染料和铬络合染料染色的丝绸颜色鲜艳;茜素黄稀土铬染料染色的丝绸色牢度比相应的配体茜素黄染料和铬络合染料都要好.
Rare earth chrome dyes (La,Nd,Y) were prepared and purified. The rare earth content of the dyes was analyzed by EDTA complex titration method. The Cr content was measured by spectrophotometer and the structure of the dyes was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis. The results showed that the RE^3+ ( La^3+, Nd^3+,Y^3+) and Cr^3+ coordinate with carboxyl, hydroxyl, azo groups of the ligand dyes. The results of silk dyeing and color fastness tests showed that the brightness of dyed silk with rare earth chrome dyes was higher than those with corresponding ligand dyes and chrome complex dyes. The yellow-alizarin Cr dyes endowed higher fastness with silk than the yellow-alizarin dye and Cr dye.
