摘要
为了研究万宁市富硒槟榔鲜果的区域范围,通过酸消解、原子荧光分光光度法测定海南万宁槟榔鲜果中硒的含量。结果表明,大茂地区槟榔果硒平均含量最高,平均值为0.042 mg/kg,万城镇次之,为0.030 mg/kg,北大镇和南桥镇槟榔果硒平均含量最低,为0.016 mg/kg。万宁市的东部和东北部是槟榔鲜果硒含量分布最高的区域,而西部则是槟榔鲜果硒含量分布最低的区域。
In order to study the area of selenium-rich betelnut fruit in Wanning City, acid digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrum were used to determinate the content of selenium of betelnut produced in Wanning City, Hainan Province. Results showed that betelnut with the highest content of selenium (average value 0.042 mg/kg) were produced in Damao Area, followed by Wancheng Town (0.030 mg/kg), while Beida Town and Nanqiao Town with the lowest content of selenium (average value 0.016 mg/kg). Betelnuts with the highest content of selenium were mainly distributed in eastern and northeastern parts of Wanning City, while betelnuts with lowest content of selenium were in western part of Wanning.
