摘要
针对目前普通挖掘机存在的工作装置下放时势能无法回收,造成能量损失以及因系统发热而降低液压系统的可靠性和寿命等问题,设计了一种势能回收系统。通过ADAMS软件进行动力学分析,获得了动臂在下降过程中液压缸所受的动态负载曲线,将其施加到能量回收系统试验台,以研究在此过程中动臂下降的稳定性以及能量回收效率。仿真结果表明,该系统回收效率较高,可控性好,还可有效地减少环境污染,延长机械的使用寿命。
In order to solve the problems of general excavator such as wasting potential energy when the boom falls down and the reduction of life and reliability of the hydraulic system caused by system heat, an energy recovery system was proposed to be used on excavator. Regarding to the practical work and complexity of excavator, a dynamic load curve of hydraulic cylinder was obtained through the dynamic analysis software ADAMS. In order to study the stability of the boom and the energy recovery efficiency, the dynamic load curve was applied to the energy recovery system test bench. The results show that the system has high recovery efficiency and good controllability, and it can also reduce environmental pollution effectively and extend the service life of excavator.
