Analysis of the Influence of Confucianism on Wang Wei's Farewell Poems

被称为"诗佛"的王维与佛教渊源甚深是众所周知的事情,但生活在儒释道三家并行的唐代,由于其自身的家庭出身、长期出仕的人生经历、交际往来的上层社会化以及所处的盛世大唐的时代背景等原因,使得他在潜移默化中也深受儒家思想的影响,反映在其送别诗中则具体表现为仕、亲、仁、和四个方面。

It is well known that Wang Wei, ＂ The Buddha of Poetry＂ , had long been practicing Buddhism, however, due to his living in Tang Dynasty when Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism were prosperous, his family background, his long experience of taking official post, his interpersonal relationship with the upper class and the prosperity of Tang Dynasty, he was unconsciously influenced by Confucianism, which is illustrated by career, family love, kindheartedness and harmony in the poem Farewell.
