贵州水灾是一种常见的自然灾害。民国时期,贵州水灾发生频繁,这不仅影响了经济的发展,而且还导致人们生命财产安全遭到严重威胁和巨大损失。对此,国民政府和贵州地方政府采取了一系列积极措施对灾情进行救治,这对灾区人民的生活和生产都产生了重要影响。通过对水灾救治进行研究,总结出水灾救治的一系列办法,从而为贵州社会经济的发展提供借鉴。

Flood is one of the frequent natural disasters in Guizhou. During the period of Republic of China flood occurred frequently in Guizhou, which not only influenced economic development, but caused life and property security to be under great threat and to suffer a great loss. Correspondingly, the central government and local government took a series of positive measures for flood rescue, which had a major impact on people＇s life and production in the flood - stricken areas. The aim of this essay is to sum up a series of measures for flood rescue and provide references for the development of social economy in Guizhou.
