贵阳市“背篼”收入状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Income of Beidou(the Basket Workers) in Guiyang and the Influencing Factors for It

"背篼"是贵阳街头一群为生计离开农村到城市靠出卖体力谋求一点非农收入,用以维持家庭生活、农业生产、孩子教育等开支的农民。"背篼"的收入受到经验、劳动内容、雇主、生理等诸多因素的影响,不同人的收入之间存在着高低差异。虽然"背篼"的收入与他们进城前比较起来有较大幅度提高,但是相对于城市在岗职工来说,他们的收入仍然处于劣势和面临很多困境。

Beidou are a group of farmers who earn non - agricultural income to raise families, support farming and afford children＇s education via manual labor in streets of Guiyang City. Beidou＇s income, being determined by many factors such as their working experience, the job they take, employers and physical conditions, varies from person to person. Though the income of ＂Beidou＂ has improved substantially since they migrated into cities, it is, however, still very low compared with that of urban workers.
