贵阳市城市社区居家养老服务现状探析

Current Status of Community Home-based Care Service for the Elderly in Guiyang City

现已步入人口老龄化社会的贵阳市于2007年开始探索社区居家养老服务,经过6年的不断努力,社区居家养老服务已基本覆盖全市,养老服务工作体系已基本建成。在分析贵阳市城市社区居家养老服务现状与存在问题的基础上,提出鼓励全社会共同参与、建立多样化的养老服务、提高服务人员素质、让社会工作介入服务、完善社区基础设施、提高服务的有效需求等措施,以进一步推进服务的质量和水平,实现社会的和谐发展。

The city of Guiyang, which has stepped into an aging pepulation society, began to explore the service of home - based care for the aged in community since 2007. Up to now, it has been six years, the service of home - based care for the aged in community has covered the whole city, and system of home - based for the aged has been basically completed. Based on the analysis of present situation of the service of home - based care for the aged in community in the city of Guiyang and the existing problems, the paper suggests that it is imperative to encourage the whole society to work together to set up the diverse pension services, improve the quality of the service staffs, admit the participation of social work services, improve the infrastructure in the community, improve the effective demand for service, so as to further promote the service quality and achieve the social harmonious development.
