红外线照射联合电针加穴位敷贴护理治疗53例面瘫的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨红外线照射联合电针加穴位敷贴护理治疗53例面瘫的临床效果。方法:选取2011年1月—2014年3月在重庆市江北区华新街社区卫生服务中心进行治疗的面神经麻痹患者106例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组实施电针治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用红外线照射和穴位敷贴治疗,并采取有针对性的护理措施。比较两组患者的满意度及治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率74.36%,观察组为96.23%,两组比较(P<0.05),其差异有统计学意义。对照组痊愈患者平均治疗时间为(37.31±6.62)d,观察组为(26.23±4.61)d,两组比较(P<0.05),其差异有统计学意义。结论:红外线照射联合电针加穴位敷贴护理治疗面瘫疗效显著,安全性高,可缩短病程,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To study the infrared irradiation combined electric acupuncture plus acupoint sticking nursing clinical effect for the treatment of 53 cases of facial paralysis. Methods: Selection January 2011-March 2014 at chongqing jiangbei huaxin street community health service center for treatment of 106 patients with facial nerve paralysis, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group to implement the curative treatment, on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group used infrared irradiation and acupoint sticking therapy, and take corresponding nursing measures. Compare two groups of patients' satisfaction and therapeutic effect. Results: The control group total effective rate 74.36%, the observation group was 96.23%, comparing the two groups(P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The control group patients recovery average treatment time was(37.31 + 6.62) d,(26.23-4.61) for observation group d, comparing the two groups(P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Infrared irradiation combined electric acupuncture plus facial paralysis with obvious therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking nursing, high safety, can shorten the duration of symptoms, worth clinical promotion use.
