摘要
合成了吡哆醛双缩二氨基硫脲(H2L)及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(CuL),通过H1NMR、IR、UV和HRMS进行了表征。用分光光度法确定了配合物的组成及稳定常数。初步生物活性试验表明:配体(H2L)及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(CuL)对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑制作用。
The syntheses of pyridoxal thiocarbohydrazone Schiff base( H2 L) and its copper( Ⅱ) complexes( CuL) were reported. Their structures were characterized by H1 NMR,IR,UV and HRMS. Moreover,the component and the stability constant of the coordination compounds( CuL) were investigated though UV spectrophotometry. Biological activity tests showed that both of H2 L and CuL exhibi-ted some antibacterial activities to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aurous.
