摘要
为深入了解湘西州烤烟总糖含量区域特征,采用连续流动法测定湘西州主产烟区烤烟的总糖含量,研究湘西州烤烟总糖含量的区域特征。结果表明:湘西州烤烟B2F、C3F、X2F等级的烟叶总糖含量分别为24.54%、32.28%、32.41%,属烟叶总糖含量较高烟区。不同等级总糖含量为X2F>C3F>B2F,差异极显著。不同县之间总糖含量差异显著,不同品种、不同海拔间只有X2F等级总糖含量存在差异,不同土壤类型间种植的烤烟总糖含量差异不显著。烤烟总糖含量空间分布有从东南向西、东北2个方向递增的分布趋势。
The total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco from main tobacco-growing areas in Xiangxi was determined by continuous flow method to study its regional characteristic. The results showed that the mean of total sugar content in the flue-cured tobacco leaf of B2F, C3F and X2F grade were 24.54%, 32.28%, 32.41%, respectively, and belonged to better-sugar tobacco- planting areas. The sequence of total sugar content: X2F〉 C3F〉 B2F. There were extreme significance difference in the total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco among grades and among counties; and significance difference among varieties and among elevation in X2F grade; and not-significance difference among soil types. The total sugar content creased gradually from the low total sugar content areas of southeast to west and northeast orientation.
