应用隶属函数法对马铃薯进行抗旱性综合评价 被引量:42

摘要 为研究不同马铃薯品种的抗旱性,本文以抗旱性不同的马铃薯品种为材料,在水分胁迫条件下,通过测定马铃薯的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和叶绿素等生理指标和马铃薯产量,研究了19份马铃薯材料的抗旱性,并采用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明,模糊隶属函数法可以避免单一指标的片面性,能较全面地评价马铃薯的抗旱性,根据隶属函数平均值的大小对马铃薯抗旱性进行了排序,抗旱性由强到弱的顺序为:F12,青薯9号、克新6号、393371.58,FL1533,139,冀张薯8号、乐薯1号、Er-1,波S,R9,陇薯2号、下寨65,Pepo 418,552,石引08-1,国外品种2,俄引、Russia 2。 In order to study the drought resistance of different potato, 6 physiological drought resist- ance characteristics were measured under water stress conditions, and the drought resistances of potato were evaluated with principal component analysis and subordinate function method. According to the principal component analysis, malondialdehyde (MDA), free proline (Pro), soluble protein, soluble sugar and yield were chosen to analyze the subordinate function. The result showed that the fuzzy mem- bership function method could avoid the one-sidedness of the single indicator and provide a more com- prehensive evaluation of drought resistance of potato. According to the average size on drought resist- ance of 19 potato species, the order of drought resistance from high to low was as follows : F12, Qing- shu 9, Kexing 6, 393371.58, FL1533, 139, Jizhangshu 8, Leshu 1, Er-1, Bo S, R9, Longshu 2, Xiazhai 65, Pepo 418, 552, Shiying 08-1, Guowai 2, Eying, Russia 2.
