不同烤烟品种上部烟叶烘烤特性研究 被引量:31

摘要 采用电热式密集烤箱研究了K326,粤烟97,粤烟98,KRK26上部烟叶的失水特性、叶绿素降解特性和多酚氧化酶活性特点,从而对品种烘烤特性进行评价。结果表明:K326失水均衡性为1.13、叶绿素降解量为87.35%,表明易烤性中等,多酚氧化酶活性波动最大表明耐烤性相对最差;粤烟97失水均衡性为0.27,叶绿素降解量为86.92%,表明易烤性中等,多酚氧化酶活性较低且变化平缓表明耐烤性好;粤烟98失水均衡性为0.66,叶绿素降解量为93.71%,表明易烤性中等,多酚氧化酶活性与K326相似;KRK26失水均衡性为0.27,叶绿素降解量为83.575%,表明易烤性较差,多酚氧化酶活性峰值出现在定色期,表明耐烤性中等。因此,粤烟97上部烟叶烘烤特性较好,其他3个品种的上部烟叶烘烤特性较差。 The characteristics of water lose,chlorophyll degradation and polyphenol oxidase activity of different varieties (K326,Yueyan97,Yueyan98 and KRK26) were studied by using electric-heated flue-curing barn,so as to evaluating curing Characteristics.The result showed that K326's proportional of water loss rate was 1.13,degradation amount of chlorophyll was 87.35%,its easy curing potential was medium,polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity changed relatively greatly,its endurable curing potential was the worst; Yueyan97's proportional of water loss rate was 0.29,degradation amount of chlorophyll was 86.92%,its easy curing potential was medium,PPO activity changes mildly,endurable curing potential was good ; Yueyan98's proportional of water loss rate was 0.66,degradation amount of chlorophyll was 93.71%,its easy curing potential was better,and PPO activity was similar to K326,endurable curing potential was worse; KRK26's proportional of water loss rate was 0.27,degradation amount of chlorophyll was 83.57%,its easy curing potential was poor,PPO's peak appears at leaf-drying stage,endurable curing potential is medium.Therefore,comparing with other varieties the curing characteristics of yunyan97's upper leaves was better,the others varieties'difficulty curing.
