Process Control on Quality and Investment of Highway′s Overhaul Project

针对公路大中修项目作业的质量控制与投资过程中存在的关键问题,以某公路大中修工程项目实际情况为例,分析了项目计划与勘察阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。

In view of key problems of quality control and investment process of highway medium maintenance and overhaul project, and taking the actual situation of one highway project as an example, this paper analyzes some problems existing in different stages of the engineering, such as project planning and surveying stage, design stage, construction stage and completion and settlement stage. Moreover, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures for solving these problems.
