摘要
教学质量提高的关键在于教师,教学理论研究的重心在于教师教育。近年来,对外汉语教学界开始关注教师的培训和发展,对外汉语教师教育研究逐步走向深入。通过文献检索,对20余年来的研究进行了综述和评析。从研究时间上看,最早的发端源于1989年,但直到2006年才出现骤增趋势。整体而言,对外汉语教师教育研究经历了萌芽、酝酿阶段后,目前正逐步向纵深发展。
The key piont to enhance the quality of teaching lies in teacher, whereas the research on teaching theory should focus on the teachers' received education. Recent years, the field of Teaching Chinese as Second Language has paid attention to the training and development of teachers, which lead to the deeply educational research on teachers who work on Teaching Chinese as Second Language. By means of reference retrieval, this article summarizes, evulates and analyses this kind of research in recent two decades. It derived from 1989 and did not appear with abrupt increasing trend until 2006. Overall, the educational researches on teacher who work on Teaching Chinese as Second Language have experienced several stages from beginning to developing. At present, the research is gradually making progress vertically.
