石化工业园区低碳经济发展评估及实例研究

Assessment and Case Study on Low Carbon Economy Development Level of Petrochemical Industrial Park

针对石化工业园区的特点,采用专家调查法,构建了包含社会经济、能源、碳源、碳汇、环保等5类共26个指标的石化工业园低碳经济发展水平评估指标体系,并进行实例研究,对广东省石化工业园的发展现状及规划愿景进行综合评价,针对评价结果提出改善建议,探索指标体系的实践应用。

In this study, based on analyzing the characteristics of petrochemical industrial park, expert investigation method was used to establish a low carbon economy development level evaluation index system for petrochemical industrial park which is consisted of 5 categories （society and economy, energy, carbon source, carbon sequestration, environmental protection） and totally 26 indicators. This index system was applied to assess the present status and the planning scenario of a petrochemical industrial park of Guangdong Province, and then some improvement suggestions were put forward based on the assessment result, in order to explore the application of the index system on the practice.
