SO_2在N,N’-二(2-羟丙基)哌嗪硫酸盐水溶液中气液平衡数据的测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用静态法,在耐高浓度SO2腐蚀的常压装置中,测定SO2在N,N′-二(2-羟丙基)哌嗪(HPP)硫酸盐水溶液中的气液平衡数据。实验温度283.15~323.15 K,SO2分压7.50~101.12 kPa,HPP浓度5%~30%。研究结果表明,SO2溶解度随HPP浓度增大而显著增大,随气相中SO 2浓度的增大而增大,随温度的升高而降低。在实验浓度范围内,同一温度及HPP浓度下,SO2分压增大,溶解度系数值相应增大,SO2在HPP硫酸盐溶液中的溶解过程不符合亨利定律。 A static method was employed to measure vapor-liquid equilibrium data of sulfur dioxide in aqueous solutions of 1,4-bis(2-hydroxypropyl) piperazine (HPP) sulfate, and the measurement was carried out in a SO2 corrosion resistance apparatus under atmospheric pressure. The equilibrium data were collected under temperature of 283.15~323.15 K, HPP concentration of 5~30 grams per 100 grams and SO2 partial pressures of 7.50~101.12 kPa. The results show that the solubility of SO 2 in the solution increases remarkably with the increase of HPP concentration and SO 2 partial pressure, but decreases with the increases of temperature. This indicates that under the experimental conditions with same temperature and HPP concentration, the solubility coefficient increases when SO2 partial pressure increases. The dissolving process of high SO2 concentration in HPP sulfate aqueous solutions does not obey Henry’s law.
