摘要
研究了盐浴软氮化45钢与34CrNiMo作用时的摩擦性能。通过对干摩擦和油摩擦两组实验试件不同载荷时摩擦系数和磨损量的测定得出:干摩擦的摩擦系数随载荷的增大,是先增大后减小;油摩擦的摩擦系数随载荷的增大而增大;干摩擦的磨损率随载荷的增大,也是先增大后减小;油摩擦的磨损率随载荷的增大,是先平稳后突然增大。
The frictional property of salt bath soft nitride 45 steel affected by 34CrNiMo is studied. The friction coefficient and the amount of wear of dry and oil friction experimental specimens in different loads are measured. The results indicate that the dry friction coefficient,increases and then decreases with the load increasing,while oil friction coefficient increases with increase of loads. The dry wear rate increases and then decreases with loads increasing,while the oil wear rate smoothes and then suddenly increases.
