弯梁冲压成形极限和壁厚分布研究

摘要 板料冲压成形过程出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷影响产品品质。利用有限元软件对城市轨道车辆上弯梁零件的成形进行了模拟分析,研究了摩擦系数、冲压速度对成形极限和壁厚变化的影响,为预测和控制该类零件的冲压成形品质提供指导。 Forming defects, such as wrinkle, crosssectional distortion and sidewal thickness change resulting from the stamping forming has influence on the quality of products. The finite element analysis solfware is used to simulate the sheet stamping forming of curved steel girder for railway carriage. The forming limit diagram and sidewal thickness distribution are obtained under different friction factor and stamping speed. The results can be used for the curved steel girder design and its forming process analysis.
