摘要
灵敏度分析在设计和修改、优化设计、产品维护等方面都起着非常重要的作用,灵敏度分析的方法是一种可以获得零部件灵敏度的数值方法。基于iSIGHT-FD多学科优化软件,分别运用了拉丁方和正交数组的试验设计方法对武器击发机构典型失效机理,即摩擦力引起的击发机构失效情况进行了分析。
Sensitivity analysis plays a very important role in modification optimum design and product maintenance is a kind of method which can be used to get the numerical value of spare parts sensitivity .Based on the ISIGHT-FD,a kind of multidisciplinary optimization software,this paper uses the lafin square and orthogonal array experiment design methods to analyze the typical failure mechanism of firing mechanism caused by friction.
