摘要
在体壳单元组合有限元模型中,由于实体元与壳元的自由度不同,使得转动自由度不连续,计算结果往往与实际偏差很大。Abaqus中提供了一种多点约束法来实现三维实体元与壳元正确联接,阐述了其原理,并通过实例对两种单元联接参数设置的不同进行结果对比,给出了合理的处理方法,为有限元分析中体壳单元耦合及模型简化提供指导与借鉴。
In the finite element model with the combination of solid and thinshel elements,the problems of discontinuity exit in the turning degree of freedoms due to the difference of node degree of the freedoms.This results in a big deviation between the calculated result and the practice. A kind of MPC method in Abaqus is put forward to realize correct junction of the solid with thinshel elements and its principle is explained in this paper. As compared with the different connected parameters set for each unit,the reasonable processing method is given out.The guidance and reference are provided for the coupling of the solid and thinshel elements in the finite element analysis.
