摘要
用UG软件对振动筛结构件进行建模,并对结构件进行有限元模态分析。通过自由模态和工况模态分析,计算出在两种模态下振动筛结构件的固有频率和振型,计算结果表明,振动筛振动电机的激振频率远小于振动筛结构件在自由模态下和工况模态下的最小固有频率值,因此振动筛结构件不会发生共振现象,该研究结果可供振动筛结构件设计时参考。
The vibrating screen structure is modeled and the finiteelement modal analysis is conducted by UG software.Through the analysis of the free mode and condition mode,the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the vibrating screen structure are figured out under the two modes. The result shows that the valuable reference data is provided for the design of the vibrating screen structure. The exciting frequency of the vibrating screen’ s vibration motor is much smal er than its the least natural frequency in the case of its free mode and condition mode,so the resonance phenomenon of the vibrating screen structure does not happen.
