热泵热水器装配检测控制系统设计

摘要 根据热泵热水器的装配检测要求,分析研究装配检测线工作过程,基于PLC和触摸屏技术设计了热泵热水器装配检测生产线控制系统,该控制系统包含硬件设计和软件编程两部分。通过在线仿真、软件调试和现场调试,实现了热泵热水器的自动装配和检测功能,系统安装在某热水器公司运行稳定,有较高的可靠性和灵活性,达到了设计要求。 According to the requirements of the heat pump water heater assembly and test,its production line control system is designed based on PLC and touch screen.This control system includes hardware design and software procedure,and the automatic assembly and detection function of this water heater are achieved through online simulation,software debugging and commissioning. The system is now instal ed in the water heater of a company and it runs smoothly. It is proved that the system meets the design requirements and it is characteristic of reliability and flexibility.
