钦州市青年水闸钢闸门的修复方法

摘要 介绍了广西钦州市青年水闸电站的基本情况。该电站水轮发电机组进水口钢板闸门的门叶挡水面板因在关闭时持续受到腐蚀和强压,出现生锈和穿孔,影响电站正常生产和维修。在难以通过焊接进行修补的情况下,采取增加钢筋混凝土层,对闸门门叶进行修复。 An introduction was made on the basic situation of Qingnian Gate power station in Qinzhou City of Guangxi. Rust and perforation had been seen on the water retaining plate of intake steel gate leaf of turbine water passage due to continuous corrosion and pressure during close, which had affected the normal operation and maintenance of power station. It is difficult to conduct welding repair, so the gate leaf is repaired by addition of a reinforced concrete layer.
