The style with which Premier Zhou Enlai practiced public diplomacy can be summarized in three points.First,the humane and charm-making aspect for public diplomacy;Second,caring for details and thoroughness in public diplomacy;and Three,strategic thinking and principles for the practice of public diplomacy.
