中国的新安全观从诞生至今,经历两个十年的发展,第一个十年是服务于“和平周边”的1.0版,第二个十年是服务于“和谐周边”的2.0版.当下,新安全观正进入服务于“周边命运共同体”建设的3.0版.新安全观3.0版落实在周边公共外交上,可概括为“修己安人”“积德行善”“和局共赢”.
From its birth, China's new outlook on security has gone through two decades of development, the first being Version 1.0 dedicated to a 'peaceful neighborhood' and Version 2.0 that featured a 'harmonious neighborhood.'Now China's security outlook is being upgraded to Version 3.0 to serve the building of a 'peripheral community' characterized by self-cultivation, kindness, harmony and mutual benefit.
