2013年11月30日,“察哈尔公共外交年会北京2013”在北京举行,本次年会主题是“与世界共享中国梦”,设有“中国梦与公共外交”和“中国梦的国际传播”两个专题论坛.在“中国梦的国际传播”的研讨中,来自中国人民大学、北京外国语大学、中共中央对外联络部等机构的学者与官员进行了发言.
The Charhar Public Diplomacy Forum was held in Beijing on November 30, 2013. Featuring the theme 'Share the Chinese Dream with the rest of the world,' the annual conference had two sub-forums—— 'The Chinese Dream and Public Diplomacy' and 'International Communication of the Chinese Dream.' Scholars from Renmin University and Beijing Foreign Studies University, and officials from the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee shared their ideas at the second forum.
