摘要
采用实验方法对大学体育24式太极拳教学进行研究,发现用"太极拳动作长拳化教学"、"太极拳本原化教学"、"突出动作的攻防技击性教学"、"加强拳理教学"等互相结合的"速成教学"教授太极拳教学效果显著.
The article adopts the experimental method to study 24-Pose Shadowboxing teaching of college sports, to teach action of shadowboxing by Long Boxing teaching, to teach Primitive shadowboxing, to highlight offence and defense, to strengthen the theoretic teaching, and to improve the teaching effect Sig- nificantly.
