摘要
文章描述了在ZAX-9100 280津田驹喷气织机批量生产门幅272cm,经纬纱MD/MSL/JC11.7tex×Tel(B)11.2tex AA紧,经纬密614×429根/10cm,5/3缎品种的实践过程中,提出从原纱质量、工艺流程方案等方面对面料织造性能进行控制,并重点分析了高性能淀粉浆料DF868和传统浆纱工艺对织造产生的性能影响。通过纱线性能测试和织造实验可以得出:多组分原料品种浆纱质量,直接影响着纱线织造的可行性。当有不同原料品种织造时,车间温湿度要选择适中,能适应不同原料的需要,织造生产才能达到理想的结果。
In the practice process of quantity production of 272 cm satin with ZAX-9100 280 Japanese Tsudakoma air-jet loom, this paper controls weaving performance of shell fabrics in the aspects of grey yarn quality and technological process, mainly analyzes influences of high- performance starch sizing DF868 and traditional sizing technology on weaving performances. Through yarn performance test and weaving experiment, it is known that: sizing quality with multi-component raw materials directly influences yarn weaving feasibility. During weaving with different raw materials, temperature and humidity of workshops should be moderate and can adapt needs of different raw materials. In this way, weaving production can reach ideal effects.
