摘要 根据织物阻燃的机理,将阻燃聚酯切片与色母粒共混进行熔融纺丝,以纺制的阻燃涤纶有色丝为原料,设计开发了一款色织阻燃遮光面料。对阻燃遮光面料开发的织前准备、上机织造和后整理工艺等进行了总结和归纳。经断裂强力、阻燃性能、遮光性能等测试发现,在一定比例范围的阻燃添加剂及色母粒的添加条件下,纱线的断裂强力、断裂伸长率相对接近,但可纺性随添加物含量的增加而变差。由于减少了染色,避免了纱线的阻燃成分的流失,该面料具有良好的阻燃效果,由于采用了双经轴、高密度、多层组织和深色丝线的组合设计,面料的遮光率达到99.99%。 According to the mechanism of flame retardant fabric, spun the blend yarn of the flame retardant polyester chips and color master batch were mixed to conduct melt spinning. Flame retardant shading fabric was developed with color yarn of flame retardant polyester yarn. This paper summarizes and concludes pre-weaving preparation, weaving and post- treatment technology for development of flame retardant shading fabrics. Through breaking strength, flame retardant property and shading property tests, it is found that under addition of flame retardant additive and color master batch within certain proportion scope, breaking strength and elongation at break of the yarn relatively approach, but spinnability becomes bad as the content of the additive increases. Due to the reduction of dyeing, the loss of flame retardant component of the yarn is avoided. The fabric has good flame retardant effect. Due to combinational design of dual warp beam, high density, high density tissue and silk yarn in dark color, shading rate of the fabric reaches 99.99%.
