摘要
我国的规范、技术规定、各地政策对民用建筑的节能设计有不同的要求和措施,而工业项目的节能评估主要是侧重工艺设备方面,对建筑节能要求和研究都比较少。针对耗能占比高的纺织工厂,从暖通空调角度进行节能分析,客观地分析技术规范中存在的不足,结合生产工艺流程及其设备情况,探讨在满足生产工艺要求的情况下,应采取的节能措施,以求既减少能耗又产生直接经济效益。
In China, specifications, technical regulations and local policies for energy-saving design of civil architecture have different requirements and measures. Energy-saving assessment of industrial projects mainly focuses on technology and equipment. However, there are few requirements and researches of building energy conservation. Aiming at textile factories with the high energy consumption, this paper carries out energy-saving analysis from the perspective of HVAC, objectively treats defects in technical specifications and discusses energy-saving measures in combination of technological process and the equipment under the condition of meeting production technological requirements so as to reduce energy consumption and bring direct economic benefits.
