摘要
尤溪铅锌矿矿石性质复杂、高硫,闪锌矿、方铅矿与脉石嵌布关系密切。根据矿石性质,通过优化药剂制度,改造与优化浮选流程结构,将优先浮选工艺流程改为部分优先部分混合浮选流程,成功地实现了低碱条件下,方铅矿与闪锌矿的高效分选,提高了精矿指标,优化了产品结构,同时降低了浮选药剂成本。与改进前相比,改进后的工艺流程及药剂制度获得的铅精矿品位提高了2.33%;锌精矿中锌品位提高了2.01%,回收率提高了1.83%,有效的降低了尾矿中铅、锌金属的损失,特别是锌金属的损失。同时选锌尾矿可进一步选硫,增加了硫精矿产品,生产优质硫精矿,提高硫精矿回收率。该工艺为同类型多金属矿山综合回收矿产资源提供新的有效途径,具有一定的推广价值。
The properties of Youxi Pb-zn ore is very complex and high sulphur, sphalerite, galena have close intergrowth relation with gangue. According to the property of the mineral, the separation of galena and sphalerite under the condition of low alkali cou]d be efficiently realized by using optimization of reagent regime and reforming the structure of flotation process which the priority in flotation process could be changed into that in partial bulk flota- tion. It not only improves the concentrate grade index and optimizes the product structure, but also reduces the cost of flotation reagents. By the new technological process and new reagent regime, the lead concentrate grade is im- proved 2.33% ,and the zinc concentration grade and recovery of Zn is increased by 2.01% and 1.83% ,respectively,which effectively reduces the loss ratio of the lead and zinc in the tailing,especially the zinc metal. At the same time,it can further recover S from the zinc tailings, increase the high-grade sulphur concentrate products and improve the recovery of sulphur. The study supplies new and effective pathway for the comprehensive utilization of the similar multi-metal resources and has a popularized value.
