摘要
南水北调35kV输电线路因线路中间电缆段较长,且正常运行时负荷很小,导致系统在正常运行时呈现明显的容性状态。为使该线路恢复到正常状态,35kV供电系统中增设集中动态无功补偿装置和分散电抗器。
35 kV power transmission line systems is obviously abnormal capacitive state because of long cable and small normal workload in the South-to-North water diversion project. In order to make the line returned to normal, centralized SVG and local reactor device must be used in 35kV power supply system.
