摘要
文章主要以省级电网企业项目预算为研究控制对象,以着力业务财务融合、强化价值管理为立足点,围绕"夯基础、抓过程、建模型、促应用"的工作主线,构建涵盖"基础管理"、"过程监控"、"模型分析"、"深化应用"4大模块,囊括机制、流程、界面、技术、分析、四维监控、业财应用等13项基本内容的项目预算执行监控体系,强化部门协同、推进业务链与价值链的"双链融合",实现省级电网公司的项目管控集约精益。
The paper mainly takes the provincial grid enterprise project budget as control and research object, takes focusing on the integration of business and finance, strengthening the value management as foothold, around the work mainline of "laying foundation, grasping process, building model, promoting application", builds the project budget implementation monitoring system, covering four modules of"basic management", "process monitoring", "model analysis" and "deepening application", including thirteen basic contents such as mechanism, process, interface, technology, analysis, four dimensions monitoring, business and finance application and so on, to strengthen the department coordination and promote the"double chain integration"of business chain and value chain, then to realize the intensification and lean of project control in provincial power grid enterprises.
