电网企业经营难度影响因素探析

Analysis of Influence Factors of Power Grid Enterprise Operation Difficulty

企业经营的难度受多种因素的影响,如企业的经营规模、社会责任、历史包袱等。就电网企业而言,主要表现在地区经济状况、地理条件、网架结构以及用电客户构成等因素。文章通过运用德尔菲法和相关性分析等方法,尝试确定现阶段影响电网企业经营难度的具体因素,并结合国家电网公司具体情况实例分析各因素与电网企业业绩指标的关系,为客观评价电网企业经营业绩提供修正因素。

The difficulty of the enterprise operation is influenced by a variety of factors, such as the scale of operation, social responsibility, burdens of history and so on. As for the power grid enterprises, the factors mainly display in the regional economic conditions, geographical conditions, the grid structure and the constitution of electricity customers. In this paper, by using the Delphi method and correlation analysis, combined with the specific circumstances and examples of the State Grid Corporation, the specific factors that affect the power grid enterprise operation difficulty at the present stage are tried to find out, and the relationship between various factors and the power grid enterprises performance indicators is analyzed, providing the correction factors for the objective evaluation of the operation results of the power grid enterprises.
