摘要
部分管理类课程的教学内容相对侧重于理论,与职业工作岗位具体的工作任务、工作流程难以一一对应。在职业教育工作实践中,课程教学应在专业人才培养方案的总体指导下,合理设置一些与目标工作岗位相似的典型工作任务,引导学生运用相关知识对工作任务进行分析与思考,最终解决典型工作任务。管理类课程的工作任务载体可以是案例,也可以是一些习题,学生可以通过案例分析、情景模拟,或者习题计算等方式来解决典型工作任务。任务驱动式教学的目的在于顺应于职业工作岗位对人才的需要,任务驱动式教学法需要广大教师在教学实践中不断探索才能得到完善和发展。
Relatively speaking, the content of some management courses lays particular emphasis on theory, and can not meet the requirements of specific tasks or processes in actual working field. In occupational education practice, it is necessary to design typical tasks similar to those in the target job position under the guidance of talents cultivation plan, so as to teach the students to analyze and reflect on those tasks by employing relevant knowledge and eventually solve those typical tasks. The media for management courses can be cases or exercises, and the students can learn to solve typical tasks through case analysis, situation simulation or exercise calculation. The purpose of task-driven teaching aims at satisfying the demand on talents in working field. Only through the continual teaching practice of teachers can this teaching mode be developed and perfected.
