摘要
玉竹种子经过水、高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、赤霉素不同浓度和不同时间的处理,进行发芽率的测定实验。结果表明,各种药剂处理的种子发芽率有显著的差异,处理时间之间没有显著地差异,高锰酸钾处理种子的发芽率最高。得出最佳的组合是0.7%的高锰酸钾处理48h,种子发芽率最高,达到88%。
Polygonatum odoratum seeds were treated by H2O, KMNO4, H2O2 and GA with different density and different soaking rate of seeds treated time, and determined their germination rate. The results showed that the germination by various pharmacies in soaking time, especially the germination combination was 0.7% KMN04 and soaking had significant differences; there were no significant differences rate of seeds treated by KMNO4 was the highest. Got the best time 48h, and the germination rate could reach 88%.
