教师的教学能力对教学行为和教学质量产生重要的影响。通过对吉林农业科技学院教师教学能力现状分析,找出了制约教师教学能力的障碍性因素,提出了教师教学能力培养的对策。

The teaching ability of teachers have important impact on teaching behavior and teaching quality. By analysis on the present situation of teaching ability of teachers in Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University, identified the obstacle factors which restricted the teachers＇ ability, and provided the countermeasures on culturing teachers＇ teaching ability in our school.
