摘要
通过对食品质量与安全专业教学的探索,形成了"两个结合、三个能力、五个模块"即"235"办学模式,具体阐述了模式内涵、主要内容、课程设置以及教学内容、方法改革等。
"235"teaching mode was founded with "two combinations, three abilities and five modes" by exploration on the teaching of Food Quality and Safety major, in which elaborated the mode connotation, main content, course arrangement, as well as teaching content and methods revolution.
