On Frontier Poor Minority College Students' Ideological and Moral Dilemma and Education Strategies

边疆少数民族贫困大学生思想困境表现为:个人竞争与文化资本冲突、职业理想和就业选择之间的矛盾、专业知识和综合发展不统一、学校学习和校外生活之间不共谐等方面。为解决这些困境,需要高校加大资助力度,创造多元"助学"形式;创设民族文化生活空间,增强文化资本"力";加强校外教育资源,构建校内外互补"合力";改革"数量化"管理模式,确立"人本化"的教育实践观。

The frontier poor minority college students＇ ideological and moral dilemma are conflicts between individual competition and cultural capital, contradiction between professional ideal and career choices, disunity between professional knowledge and comprehensive development,and dishanmony between school learning and life outside the school and so on. To solve these problems,colleges need to increase fundings, and create diverse funding forms,create living space for ethnic culture,enhance the cultural capital force,strengthen the external education resource,build complementation resultant force in and out of the school,reform quantification management model,and establish the concept of education practice of humanization.
