微时代的到来给大学生核心价值观教育带来严峻挑战,高校辅导员作为最贴近学生、"接地气"的思想政治教育工作者应明确自己作为大学生核心价值观宣传者、价值观动态监控者、价值观困惑疏导者和核心价值观践行统筹者的角色定位,发挥角色和新传媒优势,从策划教育"微方案"、培育教育"微力量"和开发"微学生活动"三方面实现宣传教育、示范引领、实践养成的统一。
The micro era brings a serious challenge to the education of college students' core values.As the people who are most close to students,instructors should be clear about their roles as propagandist of corn values,dynamic regulator of values, directors of value confusion and planners of core value practice,exploit the advantages of roles and new media, and unify publicity, exemplary lead and the cultivation of practice by meditating "the micro education", cultivating "the micro power" and developing "the micro students' activities".
