摘要
目的 :用HPLC测定了姜科闭鞘姜属莴笋花 (CostusLacerus)、闭鞘姜 (C .speciosus)、光叶闭鞘姜 (C .Tonkinensis)根茎中薯蓣皂苷及纤细薯蓣皂苷的含量。方法 :分析柱为C8柱 ( 5 μm ,4.6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,乙腈 水 ( 39∶6 1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 5nm。结果 :薯蓣皂苷的平均回收率为 94.0 8% ,RSD为 1.2 % ;纤细薯蓣皂苷的平均回收率为 93.70 % ,RSD为 3.7%。结论 :三种闭鞘姜属植物中薯蓣皂苷的含量不等 ,可合理开发应用。
OBJECTIVE:HPLC was used to determine the contents of dioscin and gracillin in rhizomes of Costus lacerus,C.speciosus, and C.tonkinensis. METHODS:The column was Alltima C 8 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile water(39∶61).The determination wavelength was 205 nm.RESULTS:The contents of dioscin and gracillin were 0.19% and 0.12% for Costus lacerus; 0.56% and 0.60% for C.speciosus;0.25% and 0.15% for C.tonkinensis, respectively.The average recovery of dioscin was 94.08%, RSD was 1.2%;and gracillin was 93.70%, RSD was 3.7%( n=5 )respectively.CONCLUSION:Three plants of the genus Costus contain different contents of dioscin and gracillin.They should be developed and applied reasonably.
