摘要
目的 :探讨微乳中药物的测定方法。方法 :分别利用二阶及三阶导数光谱测定了维生素C(VitC)的O/W及W/O型微乳中VitC的含量。结果 :平均回收率及精密度分别达到 98.1% ,RSD % =0 .6 2 (n =12 ) ;99.0 % ,RSD % =0 .5 2 (n =12 )。结论 :该法简便 ,适合VitC微乳的含量测定。为保证结果可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the method for determination of vitamin C in microemulsions. METHODS:The content of vitamin C in O/W microemulsions and W/O microemulsions was determined by second order derivative spectrophotometry and third order derivative spectrophotometry, respectively.RESULTS:The recovery and accuracy are 98.1%, RSD%=0.62 (n =3) and 99.0%, RSD%=0.52 (n =3), respectively.CONCLUSION:This method has the advantage of simplicity and is suitable for determination of the content of vitamin C in microemulsions.
