RP-HPLC测定美速静胶囊中褪黑素的含量

DETERMINATION OF MELATONIN IN MEISUJING CAPSULES BY RP HPLC

目的 :测定美速静胶囊中褪黑素的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,使用YQWODS柱 ( 4 6mm× 2 0 0mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 ( 6 0∶40 ) ,检测波长 2 2 3nm ,外标峰面积法定量。 结果 :平均回收率为 98 15 % ,RSD为0 85 %。结论 :该法快速、简便、准确 ,重复性好 。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of melatonin in Meisujing capsules METHODS:Using RP HPLC with YQW ODS column(4 6 mm×200 mm,10 μm)and methanol water(60∶40) as mobile phase Samples were detected at 223 nm external standard peak area was used RESULTS:The average recovery and RSD were 98 15% and 0.85%( n =5) respectively CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple and accurate and has a good reproducibility Thus, may be used for the quality control of the preparation
