How to improve the utilization ratio of digital resources is a common problem in academic libraries. Based on procedure in resources using, the main factors affecting the utilization ratio are analyzed. Taking Chongqing Jiaotong University Library as an example, some practical methods and experience to improve digital resources utilization ration introduced, which can be used as reference in other academic libraries.
