政务信息化是地方政府促进政府职能转化、提高工作效率、履行政府职责、推进经济和社会发展的重要手段。当前,地方政府政务信息化建设存在顶层设计缺失、双向互动功能不足、专业人才匮乏、网络安全急需提高等问题。地方政府应从加强顶层设计、强化政民双向互动功能、打造人才培养机制、健全安全管理机制等路径入手,推进政务信息化建设。

Informationization is a key link in the process of promoting the transformation of government functions, improving the work efficiency of local government, performing the duty of government, and promoting economic and social development. At present, the informationization of local government lacks top-level design, two-way interactive function, professional talents, and it urgently needs to improve network security. Local governments should strengthen the top-level design and two-way interactive function, construct the talent training mechanism and improve the security management mechanism, so as to promote the construction of informationization.
