闽北中小微食品企业核心竞争力的构建

摘要 闽北中小微食品企业在闽北社会经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,其核心竞争力的构建有利于企业竞争优势的提升和闽北食品产业千亿目标的实现。当前,对区域文化资源的开发利用不足、品牌知名度和美誉度不足、营销中电子信息技术的应用匮乏等因素制约闽北中小微食品企业核心竞争力的提升。因此,在闽北中小微食品企业核心竞争力的构建上,要努力做到深挖资源禀赋与大力开发特色食品相结合,加强品牌内涵建设与创新建设思路相结合,网络营销与旅游休闲依附式销售相结合。 The micro, small and medium-sized food enterprises in north Fujian play an important role in local social and economic development. The hundred billion target of food industry in north Fujian is best served by the construction of core competitiveness. Currently, the factors such as the lack of developing and utilizing regional culture resources, low brand recognition and the lack of using electronic information technology in marketing affect the core competitiveness of the food enterprises. Therefore, it should combine exploiting resources with developing food with unique characteristics, integrate brand connotation building and innovation construction, and combine network marketing with dependent sales on tourism and leisure.
