电磁波涡旋磁疗法对于产后乳腺疏通的应用及护理

The Application and Nursing of Electromagnetic Vortex Magnetic Therapy for Postpartum Breast Dredge

目的:探讨在产后乳腺疏通过程中给予电磁波涡旋磁疗法的临床效果以及护理干预。方法:采集2012年6月-2013年6月本院足月产产妇180例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=90),均采用电磁波涡旋磁疗法对产后乳腺进行疏通,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合干预护理。观察两组临床效果。结果:两组泌乳时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组乳汁分泌较好者88例,无中重度乳房肿胀;对照组乳汁分泌较好者80例,中重度乳房肿胀9例。观察组的乳汁量及乳房胀痛情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电磁波涡旋磁疗法对产后产妇易发生乳腺堵塞继而引发严重的并发症有着较好的预防效果。同时给予有效的护理干预使其临床效果更为明显,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and nursing intervention of electromagnetic vortex magnetic therapy in the postpartum breast dredge.Method：180 cases of full-term pregnant women in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were collected,and divided into the observation group（n=90）and the control group（n=90）,electromagnetic vortex magnetic therapy was used to postpartum breast dredge,the control group was given conventional care,the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Result：The lactation time of two groups was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）;88 cases of the observation group had better lactation,there were no moderately severe breast pain;80 cases of the control group had better lactation,8 cases had moderately severe breast pain. The lactation and breast pain of the observation group were better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical results of visible electromagnetic vortex magnetic therapy for postpartum parturient is extremely easy to cause breast congestion leading to serious complications have a good preventive effect in time,and give the effective nursing intervention and its clinical effect is more obvious. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
