云南省作为我国文化资源最丰富的省份之一,有着文化产业发展得天独厚的资源优势。虽然目前云南省文化产业的发展已经初具规模,但是由于相关制度的不健全导致其发展在一定程度上滞后。从制度的视角对于云南省文化产业的发展指出一些关于制度上的问题,并提出一些相关建议和对策。

The Yunnan Province as one of the most abundant culture resources of our province,with the development of cultural industry be richly endowed by nature resources.Although the development of cultural industry in Yunnan province has already begun to take shape, but the system is not perfect in its development to a certain extent lag.From the perspective of system for the development of cultural industry in Yunnan province and points out some of the issues of the system,and puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
