保留幽门和胃窦浆肌瓣式胃大部切除术的体会(附120例临床报告)

Clinical treatment of valve-like subtotal gastrectomy preserving seromuscular layer of antrum and pylorus(a report of 120 cases)

目的 介绍一种治疗消化道溃疡的方法 ,并探讨该方法的利弊。方法 通过前瞻性研究 ,采用随机抽样观察保留幽门、胃窦浆肌瓣式胃大部切除术对消化道溃疡的治疗效果 ,并以 93例采用Billroth手术做对照。结果 保留幽门、胃窦浆肌瓣式胃大部切除术明显优于Billroth手术。结论 该方法疗效确切 ,并发症少 ,对消化道溃疡是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the benefit of valve like subtotal gastrectomy preserving seromuscular layer of antrum and pylorus for treatment of ulcer of digestive tract.Methods By means of prospective investigation and selecting samples randomly,we observed the effect of valve like subtotal gastrectomy preserving seromuscular layer of antrum and pylous on ulcer of digestive tract.Then we compared the effect with that of billroth subtotal gastrectomy in 93 cases.Results Valve like subtotal gastrectomy preserving seromuscular layer of antrum and pylorus is apparently superior to Billroth subtotal gastrectomy.Conclusion Valve like subtotal gastrectomy preserving seromuscular layer of antrum and pylorus is effective and less liable to complications.It is a safe and effective method for treatment of ulcer of digestive tract.
