摘要
人的思维意识是水文化传播的主体,增强民众对水资源的忧患意识有利于水资源可持续利用被受众接纳与采用.水文化传播机制应以水文化传播导向为路径,充分考虑意见领袖和行业人员对潜在采纳者主观评价的影响,创新水文化传播形式,建立区域性的水文化"实践社区",扩大水文化实践活动影响范围带来的社会规范压力,协调受众的实践行为,使之符合社会规范的约束.
The common people's awareness of unexpected development on water resources contributes to the dissemination of water culture and the concept popularity of sustainable utilization of water resources. The propagating path of water culture is discussed in this paper based on the in-depth analysis of water culture dissemination mechanism,combined the influence of potential adopter's subjective evaluation created by opinion leaders and practitioner,aiming at the innovation of culture dissemination,and the establishment of regional water culture"practice community",therefore to expand the social norms of the water culture activities,and to coordinate the practice behavior of the audiences.
